I'm not an expert with phone systems so please be patient with me. I have a Mitel 5000 at one of my branch offices. They have 5 or 6 phone numbers at this office. I think it's a Centrex setup, if that makes any sense. There is a main number that customers call in that is complete static, its unusable. Is it possible to forward incoming calls to one of the other phone numbers? Any other options I could try? I do have the DB Programming software on my computer. Thanks for any help.

Assuming these are analog lines, then no... well, at least not through the phone system programming.
You would need to directly access line and call forward it to line 2 using your telco providors call forward service, which most likely will work but depending on how they have it programmed may not (its a hunt group thing, depends on their switch and how it's built).
Until your telco can fix the static problem, the best bet is probably contact them and ask them to `busy out` or remove that line from the incoming hunt group.

Thanks so much for the quick reply. I have contacted the Telco but have not heard back yet. I will keep you posted, thanks.
