Title: phantom extension unavailable from cra

I have a Mitel 250. I have DDI pointed to star. After hours it goes to cra with timeout set to phantom ext. I get a recording saying ext xxx is unavailable. If i dial the phantom from a keyset it forwards. If I dial the cra it say ext xxx is unavailable. Any help would be appreciated.

Send the CRA to a hunt group containing the phantom. Recall the hunt group to the phantom after 1 second.

The call will then follow it.

For some reason voicemail will not hand off to the phantom and we have used this many times.
