I have 2 users that are not syncing with the MiCollab portal (user accounts). It is setup to sync by PBX node. I can't find anything different with these 2 accounts. Is there a setting for this I may be missing?

USers were set up in a call group which the system showed as users in use so it was unable to synch. At least that's what the tech told me.
