I have a sales guy who works from home. Ever since the upgrade to the latest version of 6.1 on Tuesday, when someone calls him, he's unable to hear you, but you can hear him. If you call back, everything works fine. This happens on both external and internal calls. I've toggled the NAT setting on the phone system, but haven't tested to see if it helped.
We are not using MGB
Anyone have any suggestions?

Make sure their phone has been properly flashed.
