Title: 5550 IP Console COS

Hey all, using MCD 3300 with the 5550 IP console. I'm trying to figure out where I'd find the Class of Service for the IP console. Basically I want to change the time it rings. For the other IP phones user and device configurations exist where the COS has a timeout on ringing.

You need to look at the station attributes form.
