I programmed the page port for loudspeaker paging.
The amplifier is connected to the phone system.
-Under loudspeaker paging I used 00 and 1 for the interconnect number
-I configured the FAC for paging to *80
- Under System Feature Service option "41" Pager Access all zones is " enabled
Went to test *80 , I get “Invalid Zone”
Did I do something wrong.
Thanks

Are you sure it is "Invalid Zone" or is it some other error when you dial *800? Have you looked through the help under System Features - Paging Loudspeaker (not the programming section)? All the possible conflicts are listed.
One think that bites me all the time when testing paging is you must pickup the handset to page, you cannot do it handsfree...

As soon as I dial *80, I get busy tone and invalid zone on the phone's display. (I used the handset)
I have looked through the help file but I couldn't find anything that relates to the issue. Do you recommend any section in the help file that may help?

is it required to reboot the controller to activate the Page port after the programming?

got the issue fixed but I cant get audio

dan737,
Just tossin' in my two cents, and while I'm not thee expert on such things, but possible polarity sensitive? Also, what happens when you throw a toner on it?
Thanks,

Will give that a try.
Thank you for your suggestion.

page port isn't polarity sensitive. Connecting center pair to standard page connection on an amplifier should be all that is needed
