When trying to play voicemail on the MiCollab mobile client, receiving an error
"Voicemail Error: Unable to play the recording due to invalid media format or message deleted from another client"
Has anyone else experienced this and/or know what is causing this?

is micollab fqdn reachable on port 80

It is, but...Nupoint is not on the same VMas as MBG and Micollab, all applications are on standalone servers. I can access http://fqdn/portal and I see the Micollab portal login. Nupoint is standalone and when I try to access http://"FQDN"/npm-pwg I get redirected to https and then a 404 error.
