Title: MiCollab Chat - customising the pop-up timer

Has anybody ever looked into customising the amount of time the MiCOll,ab chat popup stays on the screen?
 
If not, does anybody have any idea where you would start looking?
Does this sound like a MiCollab thing, or a Windows thing?

Interestingly, somebody has created an add-on for Lync to do this (this answers my question as to whether this is a built-in feature of Lync which would have explained why somebody might be expecting MiCollab to do it):

This add-on allows you to customise the pop-up to make it persistent.
