Title: Call History Differences
Post by: irongladiator on March 18, 2016, 04:31:11 PM
Hello Fellow Mitel Folks,
I was curious if someone could tell me why there are two ways to program "Call History". What are the differences? When you guys do program up a Call History button, which button do you mostly program it us as? (See the two ways I know of below)

Thanks for all input.

Thanks,

Pretty sure method A only works with 5330/40/60 (and maybe 5320) sets, it activates the embedded Call History app in the phone itself, on a 5312 or similar phone it doesn't work... Method B activates the 3300 Feature called Call History, it works on most display phones.

(Going from memory, could be wrong)
