Title: ons line is resilient

I have an ons line that was an appearance on a multiline phone that became resilient.   The single line set became resilient and now it cannot be changed or deleated.

Any suggestions??

Seems like I had the same thing just recently.
Can't be deleted because it's resilient.
Shouldn't be allowed to happen.

We had to go to Mitel so they could go into SDS debug and delete it in the remote controller.
