You can modify some info when logged in,  I think the latest version has more to offer

We'd like to do this aswell, centrally preferably, so we can make it more bespoke to our company, but also in order to add a disclaimer around potentially  having the collaboration recorded.

there is a file deeply hidden within linux that is possible to edit to add some additional information
it will most likely not suite what you want - this has been a DCr for ever since we saw the qst version (MAS 2.1)
