Title: voicemail greeting message being cut upon transfer

Hello,

I have a voicemail node that list 2 options ( French and English).  Selecting French or English brings you to a second auto attendant that has 4 options in the menu.  Option #2 will transfer a caller directly to a voicemail box.  The call routing was adjusted for that particular line number to transfer all calls to the voicemail immediately.


After the call is transfered, the user hears the voicemail greeting message for that particular line but the very beginning of the greeting message has been cut out.

Has anybody experienced something like this before?

quick fix; re record the greeting with a small pause before the actual message.

Yea, it's what I'm doing at the moment.. I was wondering if anybody else had experienced this before and see what they did to solve it.
