Hi all, we replaced old Cisco Call manager with Mitel ICP 3300 but some users complained that in pickup group they had ability to see the caller's number on all the sets in the pickup group. I looked at the ICP documentation and it seems that ICP does not support this feature.
Do you have any ideas how to provide this functionality back to the users with ICP 3300?

Without the phone ringing? That isn't possible to my knowledge...

Hi acejavelin, I mean while the phone is ringing to see the caller's number on another phone in the pickup group.

I understand, but to see the caller ID if a call, the phone must be actively ringing... you would have to but multicall keys on the phones that ring in order to see the call ringing, you can't see the caller information for a call ringing another set in a pickup group until the call is answered.

This is how we did it. A multicall key. Could get impractical if your Group is larger than a few handsets though.

You may be able to dodgey it up if using hotdesking for your users.
