Title: MiVoice Business 4.2 SP2 PR1 10.2.2.15 BRI max call

I have a following problem.
In our customer who has MiVoice Business 4.2 SP2 PR1 10.2.2.15 is BRI as a main phone link with 8 Digital Trunks. The problem is that customer can not make more then 3 external calls. If he try to make another call he has busy signal.

Are all the trunks in the Trunk Group.
Do all the BRI port on the front of the system have greens LEDs on?

All 8 Trunks are in the Trunk Group.
Do all the BRI port on the front of the system have greens LEDs on? - I asked the customer to check it.
