What is your question exactly?
Have you checked the embedded help in the 3300? It has pretty detailed information on how to read the SMDR entries
-
Yes, I checked.
But some billings comes with more characters that default
My question is why that happens and why some billing comes number in end of line and others billings: no.
-
Read the SMDR documentation in the help file. The SMDR data displayed will vary greatly depending on how you have the settings in SMDR Options set.
-
Yes, I read.. but
some questions
lines with %, - or + at the begin of the line, what it means?
Example: [+09/10 11:59:54 0000:32:32 8092 8092 004519724209106 A T4001 001 18092 E0016194 A ]

That's the first thing covered in the documentation. Look up "SMDR - Summary of Fields Tables" in the help file. Those characters indicate long calls. "-" for calls from 5 minutes to 9:59, "%" for 10 minutes to 29:59, and "+" for calls more than 30 min. long.
