Hello,
I have installed the drivers for the 5624 programmer and the software that it comes with but within windows device manager is the WLAN Handset and no drivers seem to work.
I can not program it or register the phone on the Mitel system unless I go through the programmer (unless someone knows different?)
Any link would be very beneficial thanks.
John
p.s. I have a mitel 5000 CP unit if that makes a difference

We us a program called Winpdm and it just worked! Had a few problems getting the definition files to work, after a few trial and error managed to get them working.

Can I ask where you managed to find the software for the 5624? I had to download some Aastra WinPDM software as that's all I could find on Mitels website.
I also have the issue of windows not picking up the handset.
Thanks
Allan

Hi Allan,
I cant remember where i found the software, have you checked Mitels site?
You also have to make sure you have the programming cradle for this handset, not just the charging cradle. That is probably why windows won't find it.

Hello,
I managed to find the software after some kind person donated to me, see enclosed message below

Software for the programmer and drivers for the Mitel 5624 handsets

I too find my self in need of the Mitel WinPDM software.
I could not locate it on the Mitel website and the ASCOM WinPDM does not appear to have the correct drivers for my phone (Mitel 5624 WiFi)
I do have the desktop programming cradle.
