I have a customer that I'm trying to fit into a 3300. They would like very basic agent reporting and be able to see agent status for 7 agents. Does anyone know of third party Contact Center software that will work with 3300. I have run the numbers for Prairiefyre and they are ridiculous not to mention the new requirement for support and software assurance. Thanks for the help

What kind of reporting do they really want? For seven agents perhaps a few custom reports in a low dollar CCA program like CASH+ from Hanson software, Call Accounting Mate by callacounting.ws, or a CommOne.com product? We have used the CommOne products a few times, had pretty good luck with them.

Thanks for the help. I looking more toward Contact Center reports and real time agent status rather call accounting.
