Title: Blocked Calls
Post by: TheQueen on February 29, 2016, 06:55:23 PM
Is there a limit to the amount of phone numbers that can be put into a CRT to be blocked? I have a customer who has a list going; she added new numbers but the new numbers are ringing through. They are above the + and are pointed to a CRA that hangs up.

Yes, there is a limit... There can be up to 900 entries in all 15 tables, there is no limit per table as long as the total is under 900, at least not documented.

From the MiVoice Office 6.1 Features and Programming guide, page 249:

Quote
The system can have up to 15 call routing tables. There can be a total of 900 patterns in all of the call routing tables combined.

900 is a lot of numbers! Time to use Wildcards.

Interesting...The customer reports having 48 numbers in the list - one being her cell phone. She deleted the oldest 5, called from her cell and and it followed the correct path - the system hung up on her.
