Title: Remove Feature Code

I am trying to remove a feature code on the Mitel 8568 phone.  We programmed the button using code 397 then the button to program and then the feature code.  Now we want to remove it but we cannot find any way to do that without using the Mitel 5000 Communications Platform.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

chrisc,

Use the 397 feature code and if you want to change it to something else then just type in the new extension or feature code and it will save. If you want it to be blank then just press the red hold key until it blanks it out and then hit the speaker button to finish.
