Hi there,

We have some problems importing users from Outlook to YA.

In Outlook my contacts start with land code +31 instead of 0031.
But YA doesn't import the + sign.

Can I change this somewhere?

To choose an outside line we need to dial a 0 first. How do you set a prefix in the 3300 ICP?
