Hello Fellow Mitel techs,
Does anyone know how I would put a "#" on a user speedcall button?
Thanks,

**Clarification**
FYI: *536 = Call Forward Follow Me - Third Party
3990 = Phantom (5220 Dual Mode - Trusted)
#3990 = Ring Group
#3990 (Ring Group) has extensions 3991, 3992 & 3993 as their respective Lines 1, 2 & 3 (Key System)
The user has two speedcall buttons which are:
1) Call Fwd - On = *5363990<9,+ Mobile number) - This works great!
2) Call Fwd - Off = *5363990#3990 (Which in turn points is back to the #3990 ring group - but to the customers eyes it is "Call Fwd - Off") - I get "Invalid" if I press this button. :(
I can dial this in manually on the phone and it works.
The objective being that they want to call forward while away then disable call forwarding at the push of a button to make it ring the Mitel phone(s) normally.
Thanks,
-Iron

I think you would need to disable the end of dialing setting. You might consider changing the ring group value though

johnp,
"Disable the end of dialing setting"? is that possible?
