Title: Virtual MiCollab cloud hosted
Post by: rpasca on February 25, 2016, 06:39:49 AM
Hello,
Has any of you managed to run vMiCollab with teleworker/AWC successfully using a cloud provider such as Amazon EC2, Azure or VMware vCloud?

We're trying to do that and running into problems due to NATing, etc... and I'd love to hear about your experience.

Thank you!
Raul

Pretty sure you'll find Mitel doesn't support NATting.
You will need a private network or the MBG will need a public IP address (or 2 since you're using AWC)

We only support NAT if the MBG element is in the DMZ. If you are running, all services on a single MiCollab, then the following will apply:-

1 x internal address (RFC1918)
2 x public address (one for HTTPS and the second for AWV Client)

Hope this helps

Thank you all, we're currently waiting for a second MBG license so we can cluster them as you recommend.
