Title: Multi Device User group - The directory number is of the wrong Service Level.
Post by: tlmagnus on February 19, 2016, 12:11:40 PM
Hope I'm just missing something easy here - I am trying to get an analog extension to ring at the same time as a 5320e.  The user of the ip phone is licenced as an entry level UCC,as a multi-device user.  But when I try to add the analog extension to the multi device user group, I get a message that says, "the directory number is of the wrong service level."  Any thoughts on why this is happening?  if there is an easier way to do this, I'm all ears.

Thanks!

Personal ring group. Or even a ring group. With PRG you get some hand off facilities.

Multi device only lets you one device at once. Up to 8 devices (IIRC) but only one at once per MDL.
