Guys ,Is anyone aware of how to remove the voicemailbox prompt " xxx is not available " before the recording is received. I have a user that interprets this as THIS PERSON IS NOT AVAILABLE AND WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALL?????

Is this a transfer from an Auto Attendant or Call Routing Announcement?
If that is the case then just go into the mailbox and turn off the Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt.
If it isn't then make sure that the user has setup their mailbox and is using something other than the System Greeting; e.g. setting up their Primary Greeting.
