Title: Call Display for Inbound calls.

Where do you configure the system to see caller display names for inbound calls. I can only see the # from where they are calling from. I don't see the name. According to our PRI provide it turn on but we only see the #.

What type of set are you wanting this information on?

Look in the COS for the phone and make sure "Display ANI/DNIS/ISDN Calling/Called Number" is enabled. If the call is to something other than the prime number of the phone make sure you enable "Display Caller ID on multicall/keylines."

That should get you what you want.
