Title: Threshold Alerts
Post by: test_bench on June 25, 2008, 07:44:52 AM
Hi All,

I have created a Specific Group Thresholt Alert softkey for my ACD phones so that ACD agents can get a visual indication that there are calls waiting in the queue.

I have asked if there can be some sort of audible indication as well. Looking though the online help, it makes reference to an audible 'blip' that can be set but gives no details as to how.

Does anyone know how/where to enable/disable this feature and what other features also need to be set for it to work? Also, is it an audible indication to agents that are on other calls only (off-hook)? If for instance a Supervisor was logged in but on 'Make Busy', can they receive an audible warning also? (such as a beep through the handset whilst on-hook).

Thanks,
TB

change the threshold key to either Ring, or delay ring.
