Is there an easy way to get a phone count per department? I've got about 1100 phones and need a departmental breakdown. I'd really hate to go through these one by one. There's got to be an easier way!

That's going to be a challenge.
Ideally they'd all be tagged with their department and locations. If they are then you can export the User and Device form and sort it via Excel. (Or LibreOffice)
If they're not in the same subnet you may be able to narrow it down by their IP address. Look in the IP Inventory form.
Next, if you have buttons on the phones that department related then you can find what phones those buttons are on and assume that those phones are in that department and then you can tag them in the User and Device form.

Are the departments properly labeled in User & Device configuration? If so, you can export to to your spreadsheet software of choice, sort by department, and count the sections. It would probably save a lot of time.

This got me pretty close but some of the departments were blank. Thanks for the info. Saved me a ton of time.
