Title: ACD no answer direct to voicemail

i need to have an ACD path that terminates into a voicemail right now i have this

3192 ( ACD ) ->3196 (ACD) -> 3198 (Ring Group) -> 3198 (VM)

what i need it this
3192 (ACD) -> 3196 (ACD) -3198 (VM)

now i have read a bunch of help files and such and if there needs to be a system speed dial or a Feature Access Code in there i understand i just cannot seem to figure out what the best option is for this.  i found a reference to an FAC but cannot seem to find any FAC in my system that makes sense.

After going through the queues, the interflow point is where you would add an extension that was forwarded always to the voicemail hunt group. No this could be 3198 and would end up in mailbox 3198 or another number. If you want the other number to end up in 3198 you would add that as an alternate number in mailbox 3198

so at the end of the day here was the fix,
send 3192 (ACD) -> 3192 (ACD) -> Dummy Extension with first alt set to VM -> set dummy extension as alternate ext on 3198.  seems to have done the trick.
