Title: Remote Logout ACD Login

Hi,

Is it possible to remote logout an ACD login on a phone? How do you do that? Thanks!

I think it is possible. One way may be to make sure pc connectivity is enabled and use software that controls the set directly like navigator to dial the logout code. You couls also use an older machine running the TAPI dektop to do the same thing.

I haven't tried this but have made some remote phones dial for testing using this approach
