Title: Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800 and Mitel 3300 ICP

I'm trying to setup Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800 on our Mitel 3300 ICP. I've been using the guide attached but haven't been successful. Has anyone successfully accomplished this? Is there some documentation or guide I can use? Thank you!

are you trying to route calls to the DMA?

I'm not sure what you mean by DMA, but I got it working shortly after. Thanks!

Hey Erick,

Were you utilizing just the Polycom Trio 8800 phone or were you using it along with it paired to the Visual+ unit?  I've gotten just the Trio phone working, but as soon as I pair it with the Visual+ unit I can no longer make calls.  I can receive calls, but can't make calls.
