Are they trying to change what's heard when someone calls in? or on a call routing announcement? Audio text recordings can be done from the Admin Mailbox. Need to know what the recording number is, which is in the day greeting of the call routing announcement. Call routing announcements is found under voice processor >applications. Need to know what the Admin Mailbox is and what it's password is.

Hi Rodney,
I believe the steps are (And correct me if I'm wrong anybody):

1. Dial the number that gets you to the voicemail
2. Press: *
3) Dial your admin box number
4. When prompted for a passcode, enter in your passcode.
5. Press: 9 (Hidden Option – System Admin)
6. Press: 3 (Recording Options)
7. Press: 1 (Recording Number)
8. Please Enter the Recording Number <Enter the number then press # > (This is the AudioTex number that you'll need to know)

The current recording should now play.
After the greeting plays your options are:
     a) To replay press 1.
     b) To erase and re-record press 3.
     c) To accept press #.

Thanks,
-Iron

Rodney,
Sorry I should have clarified what your "Subscriber Access" was set to in your Digit Translation table. We make all our customers defaulted as *.

Once you know what your "Subscriber Access" is on your Digit Translation table you should be able to get past step 2 of my instructions, by simply pressing that option you have programmed.

If you don't have it as an option, you may be out of luck. (But again correct me if I'm wrong guys)

Thanks,
-Iron

You can also pre-record greetings and then swap them into the application. We used to do that with schools for snow days.

Press 9, 3, 2 to swap a greeting.
