Title: Oaisys call recorder beep
Post by: answerthephone on January 19, 2016, 08:21:26 AM
I wonder if anyone else has come across this.
The client has a Oaisys call recorder doing indirect recording of the extensions.
When they play back the recording their is a beep every 45 seconds.
There are no beeps turned on in the configuration. What is causing the beep and how do I turn it off?

Thanks.

pretty weird... no beep in the call itself, indirect call recording does not support any inband tone injection... so it must be something that Oaisys is adding to the recording itself, for what purpose is a mystery.

Must be something, somewhere, configured in Oaisys to do this, you need to talk with them.
