we have many of our softphones that are throwing an error - "cannot dial number xxxx" this happens on all calls. and happens on almost all of the softphones. we tried to reinstall the softphone and that did not work.

when you say softphone is this on the a PC or mobile device. this will be because the softphone hasn't registered with either the MiCollab/UCA server or the MBG.

Update for everyone, what was happening is that the Micollab server was losing sync with the MiCollab client. they have a patch for this and it appears to have fixed the issue.
