Title: Internal V.M. Backup alarms

[2016-01-10 23:00:08] WARN  Phone system is already being programmed by a Backup Database Save session.   Would you like to over-ride the current lock? Yes

OK so this is an alarm that i have been getting for the past 5 days and i don't know what it means can anyone help?

An automated backup was occurring and the connection was lost, leaving the port locked up. I would do a scheduled reboot at 3:00am or some convenient and you should be good to go.
