Title: 3300 upgrade Failed

Had a tech try an upgrade from 5 to 6.0 sp3 using Filezilla server and the software installer tool.

The files would not FTP from the server to the 3300, a lot of FTP errors on the log.

On the PC you can go to command prompt and login to FTP and do a dir and see all the files, also tried a second computer and had the same problem.

Usually if there is a problem with FTP there is a problem at the server end and not the 3300,  a DBMS check was done on the 3300 and there were no errors.

What same problem? Unable to FTP to the FileZilla running computer?

Is Windows firewall turned on?

as Ralph stated, most likely a firewall issue. Seen it several times.
