Title: value out of bound

 I have an issue adding name to en extension .error massage shows "valu out of bound" and "internal server error".I have rebooted the system as well.aslo i cannot delete any number from PABX. thanks in advance.

Sounds like the database has some corruption, are there any maintenance logs associated with the error... How are you adding the name, in the Telephone Directory or in Users and Devices?

Try "dbms check full" in Maintenance Commands, but to be honest, in many cases like this a backup and restore is the only solution.
