Hi all,
I configure an SIP profile for external number dial in to our PBX that route to specific number. I guessing it was due to timeout, after period of time, when I dial that number it was unable to route to the specific number.
then I re-save the SIP profile , it will works again. all idea, or how to trace the root cause?

Keep alive not ticked in sip peer profile?

Lower your registration period. I would try every 5 minutes (300) to see if this helps.

try. didn't work. it still when I re-save the profile to re-register, then call the number, this number can forward to our PBX. After period of time, it will become unreachable again.

Some of the other guys will be better to answer the question about SIP but I think you need to look at the timers.

I adjust the registration timer ..it seems issue resolved :P
