Title: Ring Group Overflow Issue

I have a ring group (exten 3304) that has an overflow after 20 seconds  to a system speed dial that works fine.

However if I overflow to 3304 from another ring group then the overflow on the 3304 never works. The call just continues to ring the phones in the ring group.

Any idea why this might be?

Look in system options and make sure you have enough Call Forward Hops setup, the default is 2, I usually set it for 5.
