Title: External caller name display

Am I correct in thinking to display an external callers name that is stored in the tel dir you would need to enable an configure alpha tagging?

Lastly for personal contacts, is this supported/ available on the 5320e?

Yes, alpha tagging should work inbound for external number to name addition
