Title: UC360 Won't Conference Calls

Hi

I am setting up a UC360 on a 3300. It can make a call to another extension or external number, however if you try to conference in another number it fails. It seems it is not setup to make multiple calls out maybe. I have checked everything I can think of. Anyone got any ideas?

Have you setup your multicall keys for the UC360?

^^^ This... the user guide states you should program 4 appearances of itself (the prime plus 3 M/C keys), without the additional keys, it cannot conference properly
