Title: Mivoice 250, trunk label

does anyone know of a way to have the label of the trunk NOT show as 92001...etc. 
It would be nice to see the phone # of the trunk, or line 1.

Carolyn,

You can label trunks with later versions of software.

System > Devices and Feature Codes > Trunks: look for the Label column.

If you are using small fonts on the display it will show both, but with large font it should show the just the label.

Putting a name on the trunk group should work as well.
