Title: upgrade 3300 from 7.0 to 7.2

Is it possible to upgrade from 7.0 to  7.2?
If so, can you layout the step by step procedures involved with the software components?

Just run the software installer... you must have active SWA in order to complete this upgrade.

If you are an end-user customer and not a certified technician, I do not recommend performing an upgrade on your own. There are too many possible complications with the system and other related components than an end-user can handle in many cases.

What are you hoping to achieve or gain by the upgrade?
