Title: 5603 IPDect replacement
Post by: Rasritz on December 07, 2015, 05:03:52 PM
Hello,

I have to swap a new 5603 handset with an existing faulty handset.  This is my first time dealing with dect handsets on the Mitel 5000.  I haven't been able to work out how to generate an ac or park code.  The site has 8 dect bases (not sure of the model number).  Could someone step me through the process of swapping dect handset out?  Or point me to a document that outlines the process?

Thanks

I would say this is dependent on the DECT System not the 5000.
What sort of DECT system is it?
