Title: Inspector report

I have a question about generating a report that I need some guidance on. I want to use the data inspector to get a report on a particular phone line that customers are being directed to. I want to group the data by date, incoming phone number, prompt selected and month.

Is this report even possible? Where can I find documentation on how to use the inspector for version 6.0?
