Hello. I am new here. I hope you can help me.
I have an extension (#154) and i want that extension to make and receive internal calls only. For the external incomming calls, i need to be restricted. I now that the tenanting will help, but i don't know anything about tenant.
My MCD show that i have 1 tenant and it's configured like this:
Tenant Number..........1
Name.......................Everyone
Tenant Status...........Occupied
Night Service Leader...1
Night Status..............day service
