Hello,
I have a problem with the Micollab client with UC endpoint softphone. I can make and receive calls but I can't transfer the calls. The Call transfer button is not there.
When I control the deskphone everything works fine, the call transfer button is in the call window and I can transfer the call.
I added second multicall line to key 2 of the UC endpoint but that made no difference.
Any suggestion?
Thanks
Peter

Did you program the 3 extra multicall appearances of itself in key mapping?

it needs 3 extra multicall keys? I originally configured only one extra multi-call key. But I added another 2 now and I still don't have the transfer button. Anything else needs to be added?
Thanks

The docs for the UC360 say it needs Prime + three MultiCall appearances... but the second one should be all that is needed for a transfer.
I just tried it on my UC360, I am not getting a transfer key either. I'll investigate as I get time and let you know what I find.

I actually use the UCA micollab client but the configuration in MCD is the same. It use the UC endpoint SIP device. I presume also the problem with call transfer is for the same reason on UC360 and on Micollab client.

An interesting side note... There is no user guide out there for the UC360 that I could find that mentions transferring a call, I looked into guides for the 3300 and 5000 and could not find a reference to it all. I am wondering if it is even possible.

I don't think it is from what I've seen

But I'm sure transferring calls from Micollab clients is possible.
You can even see that in this video at about 5:20s that there is transfer button:

But when I make call from my Micollab client the transfer button is missing, only have hold and hang up button.
