Title: 3300 ICP Application user account & ESM User Account?

When deploying the 3300 ICP i came these steps in the documentation:

1. Configure an application user account. An ESM user
account and password is required for tasks 2 and 6.

2. Verify that the 3300 ICP MiTAI/TAPI Computer Integration
License and Option Selection Item is enabled. See

When you log into your 3300 browse to the following:

Pre 4.1
System Administration > User Authorization Profiles

4.1+
System Properties > System Administration > User Authorization Profiles

This is where you can create your profiles

about the SIP URI field i can find this :

For example, sip:LBG @PBX1.LBG1.mitel.com where
