Title: 5610 DECT phone can't change name

I have a 5610 IP Dect handset that I can't get to change the display name for Handset 1 only, the phone works fine but I can't get the name to display on the phone no matter what I change it to in the web interface of the base. Handset 2 changes immediately as soon as I save any name change. Both phones work properly with HS1 associated with Account 1 and HS2 with Account 2. I have defaulted everything and reconfigured the base and handset, and if I go to Status -> Settings it shows the proper name for HS 1 as %HANDSET_1_NAME%:"WOMEN 4113"

Also, both handsets have the same version software and hardware.

Any ideas, I know it seems minor, but the two handsets sit in similar area and they need to know which handset they are dialing from and want them to display the name/ext on the idle display.

Any thoughts?
