I have 2 UC360 that when it dials into a conference bridge and enter the access code the bridge returns entered digits 12347 as double i.e. "your access code 1 1 2 2 3 3 4 4 7 7 is incorrect" - I have this happening on 2 Different UC360 using PRI dialing into different services.
Any Ideas Where to Start

I am also having this problem with a UC360 on POTS lines.
-
Almost a year later, I too am having this exact same issue.
Anyone have ideas on this?

Hmm... I have dozens of these out there on 5000's and haven't seen this. Sounds like your DTMF payload is set wrong.

Thanks, acejavelin; will have my vendor check, but do you have any guidance on what it should be, or which way to move it to get the tones to send correctly? See on the 5000 that DTMF Decoding Payload is set to 96.

In that device it should be 101 I believe. (sorry, not at work)

Guys,
It can be either 96 or 101, but both the MiVO-250 and the UC 360 have to be set the same. The current industry standard though is 101.
Although a mismatch typically causes no DTMF to be sent not double digits so it would be nice to know what the settings are on both.
Thanks,
