Title: Message Waiting Inidcator (MWI)

Hello.  I have a 5320e desk phone that has a message waiting light that won't stop flasshing.  There are no messages.  Any ideas on how I can clear this?

This also works for me. You can try it.

1. Go to another set
2. Go offhook
3. Dial the Message Waiting Deactivate Feature Access Code, follow by the extension number of the set that has the MWI flashing
4. For extension 4157 that would be dialing the following: ( #33 4157 )
5. Check to see if the light goes away?
